Pumpkin puree

Pumpkin purée

Pumpkins are not just for carving at Halloween. They are also great for roasting, baking and weaning. The flesh is really sweet and watery, making it an easy first taste for spoon fed weaning. This recipe is suitable for 4 months+ and is also great for making a Spiced Pumpkin Cake.

Makes approximately 15 portions.
